Refund Policy – Digital Gold Buy/Sell

No Refund on Confirmed Transactions: Once a digital gold transaction (buy/sell) is confirmed and completed, no cancellation or refund is permitted. This is due to the real-time nature of gold price fluctuations and the irrevocable execution of trades.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions: In the event of:

  • Payment debited but transaction not completed
  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors
We will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after validating the claim.

Discretionary Refunds: In rare cases where a refund is deemed necessary due to platform errors or regulatory reasons, we will process the refund within 7–10 working days, subject to approval and verification.

Wallet Balance: Any unutilized wallet balance maintained with us for gold purchases is refundable upon request, subject to KYC compliance and applicable withdrawal charges (if any).
